I was just wondering if any has taken lithium and not had any weight gain? I've been on it a couple times and havn't experianced it yet, in fact i often lose weight whilst on it.
I keep reading how weight gain can be a big problem with lithium so i'm just curious about anyone else having the opposite effect ?
it isn't causing any problems... it just has me curious is all considering how strongly everything i read says it causes weight gain.

Viper that's great how high a dose are you on. Yes from what I know it does seem to cause weight gain in those that I've known who have taken it. Phillipa

I gained weight on it. Although, I do personally know two people in real life where it has the same effect on you on them. If you look up the med, it says may cause weight gain or weight loss. You are one of the lucky ones.

Ive been on it for a while now (1200mg) and have experienced no weight gain.

I mentioned two meds used for med induced weight gain,they are clenbuterol,and metaformin,they are pretty mild safe agents you can order yourself.
