Hi all :)
After umpteenth med trials I've finally settled on Paxil, and I've been on it for several months. I'm satisfied, it's a good compromise for me.
My emotions are quite intact, no anhedonia, however I do feel a bit blah (if that makes sense, it's hard to explain).
I'm wondering if adding Savella to the mix might give me a boost? Any input regarding this combination?

Well I can't remember where I read it. Several places I saw similar stories. That is, in Japan those two meds are commonly combined. If one doesn't work, the other is added to it. I've seen milnacipran not work out well with a few people here, but I am a fan of it. For me it got me out of a hole when ECT couldn't. I think the biggest mistake everyone makes with it is they follow the directions....that is, they take a dose that is actually too much and they increase it too fast....but perfectly in line with the directions. I just happen to think milnacipran is better suited at lower doses than usually prescribed and given more time.
This is the end of the thread.
