Hi. Just quick.
I am not feeling any start up Emsam 6mg. In May, at half a patch, I had transitory 'ramp up' sensations at days three and five. I stopped after a month. Then had an entire month off.
Today is the end of day five. The new doc was already talking about probably needing to go to upper ranges at our first visit. I'm concerned about this. It worked gently once before.
So, could I still benefit at 6mg? I'm not asking meds to do everything anymore. Just want to not be stuttering, massively sad, and able to leave my house unescorted.
I see this new doc next week. He thinks I am severely depressed.
So increase time between doses is like four weeks? I don't want to overshoot and lose a therapeutic window....

FB I don't know the doc talked about increasing the first time? I'd say call but then if that is what he said he might up it and then all the other stuff diet and all. Love Phillipa

Anyone? I see this pdoc on Wed, and am worried if I am not better, my dose might get upped. Maybe I'm being silly.
Is it sound to wait a few more weeks? He won't force me. I just don't know :-/

Phillipa, you know I get worked up and hyper vigilant about meds. My body rejects about 85% of them at least. I think I might be seeing improvement today, but that went along with my ambien having the efficacy of a sugar pill last night. I really dislike this process. I see the new doc tomorrow and will lay it all out in 20 minutes or less.

Phillipa, maybe the anxiety is better, but it's just back to that f*ck*ng saddness spilling like oil into the gulf. I just never want to come out of my room. Yeah. I guess have improved enough to feel. I was never too keen on feeling.
