Ugh, I quit at 5mg and that was bad enough. I had dizziness and brain zaps that lasted for weeks.
celexa put me into a dysphoric / mixed state most of the time I was on it. More luck with zoloft

SSRI'S CAN turn around and destabilize a biolar---always told you need to balance it with a mood stabilizer....use ssri for ocd ...but so far been off celexa 8 days ocd not bad at all..AND YOU WILL APPRECIATE THIS PHILIPPA..if i need to go back on an ssri i'm thinking of 100 mg of luvox nut i'm afraid to take it

Hey at one time it worked great for me. Starting dose 50mg though upped it by 50mg daily with split doses highest in night til got to 250mg and liked it. If only that idiot pdoc had left it alone and not taken me off to make me one of ten in a celexa trial new then. What about the long acting Luvox? Phillipa
