Currently on Lithium 1000mg, Seroquel 400 XR, Tegretol was 600mg now 200mg
Weaning off Tegretol because concerned of interaction with Seroquel.
Since weaning off Tegretol things have gone wonky - so I guess it was doing something.
Now really irritable after a small high, feeling absolutely terrible, angry, throwing things, causing damage, short fused, depressed, despair. So unusual. Could be PMT but it is never this bad. Do you think it is the Tegretol too? Sam

I feel this warrants a call to your pdoc or other provider. Does your doc know you are weaning off? Phillipa

Yes my psychiatrist is closely monitoring the weaning off the Tegretol. It is being done slowly but I think that the Tegretol was actually doing something, helping with mood smoothness has I had previously and it is now showing. I will contact him today.
