Hey there,
I have problems to take my Nardil regulary... I take my 90mg every day, but sometimes mostly in the morning, sometimes over the day, sometimes mostly in the evening... you know what I mean.
Is this problematic or okay in your experience given Nardils very indirect mechanism?
Best,
reflecting

it worked ok for me like that, in fact sometimes i would miss a few days at a time and it never seemed to hurt.

So there is no real consensus?
Anyway, I kind of have to distribute it over the day, since I get blood pressure peaks if I take more than one at once...
This is the end of the thread.
