Did you start at 30mg and raise to 60mg? And if did at 30mg how long were you on that dose? How was the 30. It wouldn't hurt to drop to 30mg if just started and see how it goes. No I wouldn't want to go higher than 2mg of klonopin either. Isn't this for OCD? Or am I mistaken in which case I apologize. Phillipa

Muight be worth considering going for 30mg of cymbalta a day plus 30mg of mirtazapine - it is a very effective anti anxiety med as well as an antidepressant, helps give a sound nights sleep as well

I was on cymbalta for a time and a lower dose was definitely less activating than the higher.

I thought so as thought remembered and asked why so high to start. I'd try the 30mg first. Phillipa

i am on day 4 at 30 mg philippa no real side effects.....but feel anxiety returning and ocd getting worse......will hold on to the 30 capsules have a few weeks samples in case i decide to go back to 60 then go off ...should make it easier......and the nausea i don't think now is related to the cymbalta or klonopin

Then how come the TV adds advertise for 20mg of cymbalta for pain and then list all the side effects. Maybe it's the drug companies last ditch effort to keep a med namebrand. Get it approved for other things. Don't know what to tell you. Phillipa

Don't know about tegretol but trileptal I took no side effects but we are all different so any med can cause a different side effect in another. It's tough to figure this stuff out isn't it? Phillipa
