I'm starting with 50mg.
I am taking amitriptyline 10mg, ritalin 30 and lorazepam 0.5mg. I'd like to get off the amitiptyline if possible.

Well you are on the right benzo for sure that is what initially took with it and was able to raise dose by 50mg per day to a max of 250mg. At the time it worked really well. I did have to take a higher dose of lorazepam though. But I'm more anxious than depressed. Please keep us informed or what is happening? Phillipa

Yeah, I'm more depressed right now. I hit a wall last week where it was unbearable. Couldn't even move.

Do you have any side effects at all? I'm really sorry you are depressed. I do hope it works for you well. Phillipa
