Jeroen I know pamelor at l0mg was extremly sedating for me. But only took on night as slept till afternoon. Have you tried ad antidepressant yet? Phillipa

Trimipramine springs to mind, it is said to have some activity as an antipsychotic as well as mildantidepressant activity.
Nortriptyline is a very good drug, I would be tempted to try this firsy, along with your regualr antipsychotic to keep your schitzophrenia stable.
What symptoms are you hoping to treat, and is there any reason that it has to be with a tricyclic?
