living with other family members

you know as much as a talk about how hard it is to live in a controlled enviorment...with my parents...a couple years ago I lived with my aunt and uncle for maybe almost a year....i had pretty good relationship really...but I started to mess up with abusing my medication...and they did not put up with my bull sh it and I was out....you know I've always wanted to go back...to get a fresher start and live peacefully, but I know that I would be out maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I started to do things that are not acceptable to their rules...so ... of course there's my brother...but i would never go to his house from all the lack of sympathy and making fun of me and passively get a message he doesnt want to be apart of his family functions....all i can say is I don't need to get sentimental and go back and beg to be a part of his family because I know the awnser to it. Never...

but really my family is kind of limited, there's my aunt and uncle...my brother...my dad...and my aunt, and then there's my stepdad's side of the family...I just don't know them close enough to where they would let me come live with them, My dad's side of the family is an option. Still I know some of churches and goverment help....but ... you know living in a catholic home....it's strict, and no smoking either... i don't think I could do it...

so you know it would be so great If could come live with someone here on babble...in case things get nasty...and I just cannot live at home anymore...like I said the simple awnser is to get income...and get an apartment...problem solved..but the jobs let me go...my learning abilities are limited.

Just .. what do you think?? any advice or insight on this would be great...

Patch things up with your family. Then they will help you. Thats what I did. When I was teenager I did not get along with my family, infact even when I was young adult, only till about 5 years ago I didn't. I was kicked out when I wouldn't go to school, because I wanted to party all the time. Eventualy I realized that they realy cared. And moved back in with them. Started doing work around house, quit smoking and drinking, and tried to make up for lost time. Eventualy I got a job, which I've had for 2.5 years now. I moved back in when I was on the wrong meds and I had lost functioning for a while. Now I'm back on zyprexa and doing good! Maybe if you learned how to not abuse your meds they would let you have them back. I think thats what you need to be able to function. I've told you before you need to let someone hold on to your meds in a safe which only they have key for and ration them out to you. I think thats what you need to do.
