Nardil doesn't make me feel hypothermic like Parnate did, but Nardil does make me very intolerant to feeling cold. I hate taking showers now because when I get out I am so freaking cold.
The summer was easier to get through, but winter is coming and it's really beginning to be a pain in my *ss.
What's causing this? What makes people feel colder than usual? Can I use cytomel or some hypothyroid medication to feel hotter and give me more energy?

Also I'm lazier, more tired than last time I was on 45 mg.
The cold intolerance didn't really begin to get bad until I went up to 60 mg on Nardil, then I came back to 45 mg (31 days ago).
Is there anychance this is anemia, B12 deficiency, iron deficiency?
Basically, the way I warm up is by doing like 30-40 pushups and it warms me up for like an hour. But I'd rather just be warm. If it matters, I eat no eggs, and very minimal dairy/lactose since I am dairy/lactose intolerant. I also am supposedly gluten intolerant but I don't find that a severe intolerance so I still have gluten.

Seems pretty common with Nardil so I have no reason to suspect vitamin deficiency or anything like that. Nardil side-effects are very weird. They go, come back, get better and then worse again.
I also don't eat dairy or eggs since I just don't like them, and those side effects have all gone away for me.

What if my toes/fingers go blue and I start having cells die and sh*t though? Don't want limbs amputated, because if I literally sit for more than 2 hours my fingers/toes go blue, I'm cold all day, and it is a side effect that freaks me out.
I was on 45 mg of Nardil for 10 weeks
on 60 mg of Nardil for 3 weeks
Then back to 45 mg of Nardil for 5 weeksIt's just weird seeing these side effects when it's been in my body for so long.
This is the end of the thread.
