i don't know i would have to look that up.....all i know quick is it would move parts of the brain around, like altering a watergate...the nuerotransmitters move diffrently after the blow depending what it was. Dopamine degregulation is usally what causes thought disorder, from a blow.
If it was to the forehead that definetly going to mess up something if it was hard enough.

I"d say that if you werent concissed or knocked out, its unlikely, but maybe its somthing to discuss with your doctor?
