Seems the older I get the more the weather effects how I feel. When the sun is shing I feel a glimmer that today will be a better day. When wake like today to rain I crash and burn and whold mood changes. All the negatives pop out. It's not the light. It's the expectation that bright and sunny days are feel good days. Anyone else experience this? Thanks Phillipa

Sort of the opposite. It's actually a nice temperature right now, but all I can see is the upcoming miserable summer. My mood is plummeting as the temperature rises.
I'm tired and don't want to face it.

I wouldn't want it 90 everyday but 85 is just right. I no longer sit in the sun as dermatoloist said no more. But for so many years a sun worshipper. Phillipa

P, I had basil cell carcinoma on face,so I wear a big hat, sunscreen and glasses outside. Anyway, I like all kinds of weather. Its never really made me depressed. However,a sunny day about 75 with a breeze and blossoms, makes me giddy!:)

Used to have totally clear skin arms legs face all over not the keratosis and sun damage spots all over. Not face anymore as the dermatologist prescribed Vita A Cream tretonin use nightly and some he has frozen off. I like the sunlight not for tanning anymore but for the positive vibes I get from it. P

85 is miserable for me. I'd like a year round 70.
I'd say it was menopause and/or weight, but I remember being the kid whose coat was always on the ground at recess on all but the very coldest days here. Must be my early years in Utah. :)

Guess we need to trade locations. You would have loved it up here had you moved that one time long ago. You remind me of my kids when in high school. Snowing out and they refused to wear a coat. Phillipa
