i've really been having mental anxiety, not psychial one where you feel restless, and irrtible, but its a result of problems that i feel i can't solve and it drives me crazy....

right now i feel if i talked to anyone they will just say "i'm sorry" find help elsewhare...i've talked with my therpist, he told about the low voltage thing, it maybe low thyroid....but this has progressed, what happened i kinda of gave up and didnt even want to do much anymore....and then it lead to the whole body slowing down, weight gain, being slow in thought process, im not as witty as i used to be....vary slow, thats what happened. The depression kinda spread through the body.
But the thing about the med situation is what makes me irritated and feel helpless....
but yea....i'll figure this out....i've learned what it feel like to be in deep depression, no energy, everything looks grey and gloomy, not getting excited, just a drift like a paper bag in the wind.....thats deep depression....trapped
