I thought nortriptyline was shaving off some of my lower dips. I am thinking that is not the case. Any ideas on why that might have changed only after a few weeks if in fact it was?
It has definitely caused some weight gain. Any chance I will see a few pounds come off if I stop taking it?

I did with Amitriptyline years ago. I only gain 10% of body weight but when I got off of it, it dropped and I didn't look quite as pregnant.
I took nortriptyline but can't remember any details.

Since it's the medication don't see why you won't drop the pounds. Phillipa

I gained a bunch of weight on Nortriptyline but yes it came off pretty quickly.
It was also the only AD that was effective so far.
