I have been on Parnate 40mg. per day for about 6 months. Added provgil and temazepam 30mg for sleep.
I have improved to a degree but am irratible and have not intrest in life in general. Anyone have a suggestion for augmentation to this cocktail.

Anyone have a suggestion for augmentation to this cocktail.Temazepam is a useful sleep aid but it normally only works for a few weeks. After that time, it may be counterproductive. Could you gradually taper off it and if you find you can't sleep, perhaps you could try something else?
