pdoc response time

Posted by rockerchick46 on November 9, 2013, at 7:10:49

Hi All,
I go to a local hospitals clninc and am trying to get an amnswer as to whether i can reduce my Seroquel. I waited 2 days for the nurse to call me back and she left a message asking for clarification. I called her back and have waited another 2 days and she did not call me back yesterday and it is now the weekend so I have to start this all over on Monday. Anybody else have similiar experiences?

Hi yes but then I usually vary my doses by self. If you are having problems if you do then I wouldn't but not fair having you have to wait so long. I'm sorry they didn't call. Phillipa

Yeah I am tempted to go down on it on my own but then I promised my Dad I wouldn't (vary by myself).

I'm having an okay day today-not too sleepy..

I'm sorry :-(

Since mental stability is really, really important, I'd just wait it out if you can. I don't know why docs do this sometimes. At the place I go, they sometimes just don't call back. I hate to say it, but I think this may just be standard MO in mental health land :-(

Good luck to you!
