neg. symptoms of schizophrenia are a golden business for psychiatry, everybody wants to heal from it but they are no known to little treatments available atm like minocycline and some others dangerous like Glycine i tried only once and got my killed with a Seroquel XR interaction, so not good.... whenever i try to treat negative symptoms i get severe problems

Jeroen I think I asked you this before but have you tried clozaril? Despite the blood draws for safety purposes. I seriously saw miracles with this in treatment resistant schizophrenic patients. If I remember correctly you didn't want to try? Phillipa

I have NO IDEA (sorry for the screaming caps) what to suggest :-(Are your issues mostly negative? Low dose amisulpride has been used in those sorts of cases with what experts consider "good" results (I have no idea how the patients feel, obviously).
Back in the day, they'd Rx stimulants with neuroleptics. Here in the US, we have Vyvanse (fancy form of Dexedrine) on patent, so they're doing a couple studies on using the stuff in selected cases of psychotic disorders. Maybe Ritalin or Provigil?

i tried clozaril witouth blood tests , they didnt bother taking weekly blood tests, that med was horrible!!!
also ami and sulpiride was tried : ( witouth success
