Hello,
I recently now have been given 150 mg xl wellbutrin to go with 5 mg Lexapro and 2 mg/day of klonopin. The wellbutrin has been 6 days now
I feel slightly lifted out of my haze of depression but I don't feel very connected to my emotion or personality~ just kinda flat... will this go away? anyone suggest I ride out wb for awhile and see or is it not gonna get better?thanx so much for your help/advice

wellbutrin is a mild stimulant antidepressant, not actually a stimulant itself...but it will increasae the dopamine levels, but for the part where you feel no emotion, let that pass, and if it continues after about 5 weeks, then get off it....wellbutrin has to have some time to take effect, even though some people have noticed its effect within a week, its gotta build up in the system to start increasing Dopamine and NE to better levels.....you may want to increase it to 300mg's and lexepro to 10mgs
klonopin will be good, because wellbutrin is known to cause anxiety, yes, i've take it before and thats what happened to me.....the klonopin will take care of it

Soundslike you're getting some dissociation from the Wellbutrin. I would continue the drug and see if you acclimate tot it or it goes away.
