I found my social anxiety now is mainly about self criticism in front of people, such as, keep blaming myself not being polite or friendly to people.
I would like to know is there any medications good for self-criticism?

Spirituality. Sounds like you don't have very good boundaries. with all due respect, when you are about to slaughter yourself in public, then don't say a word. they don't make a pill for low self-esteem.

if these thoughts are intrusive and recurrent they may be treatable with SSRIs, clomipramine or Remeron. BTW, if they are intrusive and recurrent, it could be a sign of OCD.

I have this same problem. I've recently started to think that it's my family's fault for being abusive and generally unfriendly. I don't think medication fixes problems like this.
