i've noticed sometimes when none of the medication works, and then if i eat, paticulary rich nutrion food, or something sweet, it starts slight to work
could low blood levels, or anything from diabeties cause the medication not to work? or the blood sugar has some kinda of effect over it?

I've learned not to drink a drink at same time as I take the z. Its less effective if I do, then I drink a lot. Eating some foods will make you tired, if thats what you mean. Have you checked your blood sugars? To see if you are diabetic. I hear z can make some people diabetic, not me though, thank god!
