Ok, I've now been on Mianserine for a week
Quite frankly it feels a lot like Mirtazapine, before I got tolerant to it
Just strong sedation & appetite increase
Absolutely no improvement in depressionO well its early days.......

How long has it been now? Mirtazapine (and presumably mianserin) have a reputation for working slightly quicker than most ADs, but I still wouldn't expect much in less than two weeks.

it wasn't even approved in the USA mianserin and now it is in the United States ... under the name of Saphris, cool to know... : S
