I've slipped back into a seeming 48 hour cycle. I basically sleep well, every other night and then have total insomnia the next.
I can't seem to straighten myself out.

Hi, I have the exact same problem that occurs every other night. One night I sleep for 5 to 5.5 total hours and the next night I sleep for 6 to 6.5 total hours. I guess you could call that insomnia every night, but I feel like I need at least 6 hours to function and I get that every other night.
