Oh i really think you should try amisulpride in a low dose instead of saphris.
amisulpride i've only heard good things of and its mechanism of action is very very different to other antipsychotics.
I posses a nice anxiolytic effect to i think, and beside the qt-interval(which is ALWAYS dose dependent) it's a very harmless drug.In sweden it is recommended for bipolar depression if everything else has failed.
And i think it is indicated for people that are sensitive to EPS.But in sweden you need license for it, if you don't i think you should try.
I you also have sulprid, i think that is an even better choice!

Maybe i thought of clozapine with the eps-indication..
Still i think that amisulpride is a good choice in a low dose!

I havent taken Venlafaxine since 33 hours. I have taken Luvox 25mg this morning.
In the past i think i would have been suicidal by now without Venlafaxine. I also have less anxiety. I like it.

i think that Venlafaxin at 75mg was anxiogenic.

Having taken both Effexor and luvox....
You'd probably need a dose in the 50-100mg range to equal 75mg of Effexor.
I noticed that luvox definitely made me more outgoing than Effexor did. However, Effexor tended to be a bit better for energy levels. Effexor tended to make me more introverted. Luvox tended to get me out of my head, and did a better job at clearing up distorted thinking.

It works at least as well as Effexor and that at 25! mg with way less anxiety so its already a win.

i had some horrendous reactions to ADs in the past and this is why they are careful.
Also there is the issue of inhibition of cyp1a2 liver metabolism (Zyprexa kicks in much harder).

Jade it was over a long period of time. I think was switched to another inbetween but went back to luvox at 50mg and then cut to 25mg l0 years ago when moved here. I am older now and the doses are lower for older people. My main problem is anxiety. Phillipa
