I've going to pitch Nardil to my doctor after failing on most of the alternatives. I've heard some people start prep beforehand, such as dietary changes, more exercise, etc.
This is in addition to the obvious dietary restrictions and med interractions that are inherent with Nardil.
I'm taking 37.5 mg Effexor XR right now. Not sure if I should start counting beads and dealing with that withdrawl or cross taper onto celexa and then stop.
Any advice from Team Nardil? Also, has anyone found that Marplan is comparable with less contraindications? Worth ordering from overseas?
Thanks all

> Thanks allNardil destroyed my life. How long were you on 37,5mg Effexor? If you have been on it for a while you shouldnt go faster than 10% less every 4 to 6 weeks. Maybe you are better off without medication. Nobody will tell you this here but thats what i am here for.

What do you use as an emergency blood-pressure medication?
Thanks.

That seems rather slow. Where did you find this suggestion?

> Scott I carry @ 1o pills 40 mg propananol. It works for me in emergencies. Certain beers, wines, and definitely cold & allergy meds. DO NOT USEI had 1.5 draft beers at a restaurant that serves nothing else. I considered asking how frequently they flush their lines but I hate being that guy at a restaurant.
I'm only on 20 mgs parnate so I took the chance, but I also had about 40 mg propranolol and some klonopin handy. Then I had a few slizes of pepperoni pizza when I got home. With food I've been a little lax here. I will also drink red bull and take 5mg ritalin at a time, vyvanse once. but never cold meds I've had serotonin reactions on them just taking with celexa or brintellix.
BTW what do you take for sleep on Nardil and did you ever try Parnate? I helps a lot of my cognitive symptoms, "hysterical" overreactions, and deep-hole depression, but makes me feel socially detached and apathetic minus a few obsessive hobbies. I've heard Nardil is a "happier" drug.

But it still sent me into psychosis several times.
