I'm prescribed 20/Abilify, trileptal, and a low dose (100mgs) of lamictal. My prescriptions are on auto-refill at a local pharmacy. I got a text telling me to come pick up my prescriptions over the weekend, and......no lamictal. I don't get it. Do you think its an oversight, or is my latest psychiatrist (its a clinic...they come and go...this dude sees me over a hi-definition webcam...) is making a change, for some reason?
So far, so good. I'm thinking 2 anti-epileptics may have been necessary for a while there, but I've been doing OK w/o the lamictal. honestly, the fewer drugs the better, when possible.
I just don't get it, that's all. Has something like this happened to any of you?

I would ask the pharmacy.

I think that they just forgot to put the Lamictal. I would certainly ask pharmacy and/or doctor. Does Lamictal help you?
I dont know if lamictal can be discontinued like that. However, i did that without a taper and without any problems. But then again i had no noticable effect aside from cognitive blunting.

lamictal withdrawn at 100mg, that may not be bad, im sorry to hear that, that would not be a good feeling, could you call your doctor and ask him if he's been managing meds without telling you
