well i just spoke to her and she believes 1 month at 15 was fine and willing to go to12.5 for 4 weeks i think that sounds resonable and keep me at 10 at night and 5 at noon

i'm taking diazepam 5mg during day then 5mg at bed time, i had a horrible withdrawl from a anxiety supplement caused me to shake not eat for 2 days, it was hell. they put me on valium
diazpeam has a long half life, i can sometimmes feel the effects even after 8 hours, maybe litttle more. It helped and does help with sleep. I just wanted to write this as add on: diazepam is diffrent from other benzos, its more just general anxiety, if you look up xanax or ativan it says anxiety associated with "depressive symptoms" when you google it. Diazepam does not have that, so im thinking it has less mood enhancement and just more calming effect. Xanax made me in a good relaxed mood, valium doesnt ... just a general calm and relief

it's helped my anxiety even though it's not potent as others like ativan, im just staying with it, keep those anxiety poison neurotransmitters out of my body
