i recently started diazepam because of a withdrawl emergency that happened with something. I take 10mg daily, it does work, the doctor suggested that because withdrwl would cause like siezures or something. I was awake for 2 days straight, it was hell. Having a fear I won't get to sleep ever, and also thinking something that supernatural stuff was keeping me awake. Just some unusal things started happening around thee house, and don't want to go into it.
It's helping even though its a low dose, im just gonna stay with it. Through out the past I've had very bad anxiety problems, I was on Xanax for 3 years maximum dose, was on Ativan for about half a year. Diazepam reall doenst have as much reinforcing effects as lorazepam, it just has a general calm, or say your stressed to the max, it will relieve the anxiety. It doenst really improve mood, just more anxiety relief. alprazolam is the benzo that causes mild euphoria, and promotes better mood, for depressive symptoms, panic attacks etc....
started Seroquel at night and they want to move me off Zyprexa and to another med, im on 200mg of Seroquel at night to help insomnia, but doctor said it's risky to take 2 nueropletic meds, the only thing I know some people here that take Seroquel and Zyprexa and have no problem. But I think I need to move off Zyprexa, it's sedating.
anyways, I just wanted to post that, I don't want people to read this and think, lets just keep this as a anaymous log. I need to move with life and find something good intentions to help society

I do this. Only the weight gain is ugly.

yeah also whath appened was the pharmacy that i got it filled, they litterly called the doctor and said these 2 nueroleptic meds can cause something tartive dsykensia, i'm on 200 right now and zyprexa i've noticed makes me in better mood but over the years it became less and less effective, i've taken it for 10 years. Seroquel it kinda makes this stoned feeling....like before bed i feel kinda stoned and can't get on google or the internet and naturally just research or look up things. That's kinda the thing im worried about, because less zyprexa more seroquel until im off zyprexa
diazpeam helps anxiety, but i've noticed that valium doenst help me get to sleep, it helps anxiety....but i was on phenibut and phenibut helps me sleep, but after it was discontinued, it was absolute hell for 3 days, it has withdrawl symptoms. That's the reason i was put on diazepam because emergency going to my doctor because i couldnt sleep for 2 days, even with zyprexa. Phenibut is a good supplement, i mean if you take it at around 500mg to 1000mg that's fine, you won't have much problem when you stop it, but if you take it at higher doses for anxiety, it does work but im telling if you abrupbly stop it, hell breaks lose.
anyways, havnet had any weight issues with seroquel, more like stairmaster at the gym and portion sized foods. Right now metabolism i can process alot of food, and not gain weight, i mean like alot .... my metabolism went up or adjusted, but when i decreae the calorie intake thinking it will help me lose weight, it does but then metabolism slows down. So it's either i wear myself out at the gym, and eat slightly lower intake. Liquid diet i lost 6 lbs a week, i shrunk like crazy but it effected metabolism and right when i got off it after 5 weeks, was eating small amounts but then i just could not do it anymore, and gained the weight back. Sorry i had get off on this rabbit trail, but that's what im gonna have to do increase metabolism. Seroquel and zyprexa mess with metabolsm, thats why you gain weight.
I just hope zyprexa withdrawl will not be bad
