hey i wanted to ask this, i was doing research on prozac, reading about it's reviews and it's said it's the 'least' selective reuptake, compared to other SSRI's. What exactly does that mean, that it has a broader reptake mechanism?

It just means that Prozac hits other targets. For example it blocks 5-ht2c receptors, it also has some mild effects on monoamine oxidase (among other things)
This is not a bad thing, however.

The 5-ht2c receptor is a type of serotonin receptor. However, when this receptor is activated it decreases dopamine release.
Prozac is unique in that by blocking this receptor, it increases dopamine release in the prefrontal cortex (and possibly other brain areas).

The two other antidepressants (that i know of) that hit dopamine is Effexor (at 150-300mg) and zoloft about 400mg, they both all 3 together have to be at higher doses to work with dopamine. Prozac I can tell at 80mg is mixture of serotonin and norepinephrine. From what i researched Prozac has had lower response rates than effexor of zoloft. Effexor is potent antidepressant.
But ... i can tell in the morning when i wake up very depressed then take prozac and coffee it lifts the depression away. Not totally but enough to feel the effect. At some points i can notice some dopamine but mainly's serotonin i can notice.
anyways, one more question : i take lamotragine 400mg daily, i take it in morning 1st dose then 2nd dose in afternoon. I can notice some antidepressant effect, but sometimes it dulls things out. Like right now i took lamictal 2nd dose again and i feel normal. It's mystery on how these meds work. Any imputs would be cool if you can awnser

So, effexor is very very weak as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor. You'd probably need doses above 1000mg to get any meaningful affect on dopamine reuptake.
Zoloft is a bit stronger in this regard, but still , even at the top dose, you'd maybe get 10% dopamine reuptake inhibition.
Prozac doesn't inhibit dopamine reuptake, but the 5-ht2c blocking effect can raise dopamine (in certain brain regions). It is a different mechanism.
As far as lamotrigine, I only took it at 50mg briefly. It does have antidepressant properties, but also mood stabilizing properties. So, yeah, it could dull things to some extent. However, if it's really bad you might try adjusting something.

Try some peppermint tea. No seriously, it has some dopamine effects. Not massive, but noticeable. Make sure its peppermint only. Let the bag steep and squeeze the hell out of it.

some people say fluoxetine dulls them out, or 'flatten' their mood. Because it's used to treat OCD but if i don't have 80mg it doenst work as well

its stimulating at 40mg, defeintly. 80mg is stimulating but some people get flat effect. So, Prozac doenst hit the dopamine reptake, it's through blocking the serotonin site. To increase dopamine. Thanks for telling me this, i thought it actually did have dopamine reuptake. Link does fluoxetine hit norepineprhine? i've read yes because it's stimulating antidepressant
