when i was at the psych about year ago they skyrocked me on librium from the drug withdrawl. I was on 2 25mg X 4 daily (200mg) they use librium for withdrawl from alcohol and certain benzos. It's a weak benzo, but i do rerember it made me relax or calmer. That trainwreck where they stripped me off diazepam and nuvigil....still today i've been on valium and nuvigil. Hard hit to take.
but if anything later on, librium seemed to calm the anxiety in much subtle way. It's a weak benzo, but it does subtly rid anxiety. If you looking for a potent benzo like xanax, librium is not in that catagory.
Anyways, anyone know anything about discussion on librium?

i've been *off* valium and nuvigil, that's what i ment. It was such a hard hit to take, if i knew that was gonna happen none of it would taken place. It's been a year since doctor stripped from it. Anyways, discussion on librium is welcome, i read librium actually reduces serotonin activity, causing depression. But if you on SSRI that shoulnt cause depression. But yeah i read librium down regulates serotonin

i just have to post, if i knew phenibut was going to cause severe withdrawl that had me to go to psych ward. Phenibut is not that bad - but when you begin to use at higher doses and suddently cut off, you will have withdrawl. And after that happened, i was cut off valium and nuvigil, it was such a hard hit to take. I don't know whoever reads this, they ripped me off valium and armodafinil, still a yeear later still feeling the withdrawl effects of it. Painful, dread, hate my doctor for doing that. So it's back to just prozac lamictal and zyprexa. After effects after a year off valium and nuvigil, god its painful.

if i could only have a time machine, and go back and warn myself about the dangers of doing things and what will happen, learn psyhic power or something and have a time travel mechanism. Well, there's no such thing as time travel, because once something is done to a time line, it's done. This timeline were in, it's set and done. You can't go back, and alter history and time continuum and space time. I've seen movies about time travel, and if you back in time and change one thing in history it would have another timeline because it's been altered. Parellel world, or alternate timelinnes. I've ... lol i was studying about time space time, thinkign i could somehow go back, but it's impossible. You can't change previous timelines. Anyways i had to write that, if i knew what was going to happen before, i would never had that choice taken place

i read, ... that some mechanism that people can go back in time, but they cannot alter history. If they did get some kinda of high tech, ultra advanced technology that can bend space time, and go back, yes you could see the past, but you cannot alter it. You could go back and see what was going on during that period of time, but you cannot alter it. To my knowedge...i read in some sort of book that later in advanced times, you can go back and see the past but you cannot alter it. Anyways, im just venting and writing my thoughts about the choice and situation that happened, that devestated and pained. Now i got off on a tangent to study about time travel, which is not possible to the public. End of log

if there is alternate timelines and parellel universes, diffrent timeslines of our lives and another world. There would be so many diffrent timelines because each time has it's own history, if you went back and altered a situation, it would make it a alternate timeline. Whatever in this place were we are, i believe about god that he created the heavans and earth, and that this timline really is the only one. If i could just get one time, to send a messege to the past to alter a choice that i made to make things better. Yes that would feel good and be grateful, that way won't have to consequence. We wouldnt learn from our mistkaes, going back and changing would alter into another timeline. But that means there would millions of other timelines. Ok this is too much, i need to do space-time continuum project. Learning from mistakes is good, but going back and changing something like a disaster, god i wished we could do that. But as far as i know, this is our timeline and we have to live with it. End of log
