Hey guys,
do you know if I have to discontinue the creatine before such a urine test? Pretty sure they use creatinine to see to which degree the urine is diluted.

Just a note of caution:
If you have diabetes, and are on lithium, creatine is not a good choice to use. With both, your kidneys are taxed, and creatine is also hard on the kidneys. I have kidney disease, and you most certainly don't want to even go near there.

I don't have diabetes and I am only on 225mg Lithium. Kidney is checked regularly.
