I just read an article that said creatine improves working memory (which I certainly could use) and intelligence (which wouldn't be bad.) Any one experienced this? I hope it is true and works for me.
In the past, creatine (as a weight lifting supplement) has made me irritable. Any suggestions on how to make creatine tolerable? I just started lamictal for Bipolar 2. After several weeks I should be titrated up to 200 milligrams. Do you think I'll tolerate creatine at that point?

The artical you linked to was for registered members of that site only. So I did some searching on the net, and found this one anyone can freely read, as well as a few other webpages I'm looking over now.

Other articals are there. I searched for creatine and brain on the google search engine. Looking through all that now.http://www.creatinefacts.com/creatine_monohydrate1.htm
If you scroll down to the part about how it could be harmful, then this supplement might seem a bit scary. If you use it, do so carefully.
This is the end of the thread.
