I was "grounded" for 3 weeks so I couldn't say thank you for your response to my G.A.B.A question, I just wanted to say it now.
It just figures the only placebo effect I can get is from something I have to import from the States and pay the exchange rate on! :(

Well, Dr. Bob didn't think I was very sweet!
I guess I don't know it was placebo, (thats sort of a contradiction in terms isn't it?)
except that so little of it is supposed to get through to the brain.
Maybe I have a very little brain, and it doesn't need much!Eureka! That must be it.
I've tried so many things for anxiety I was sure would work and they didn't, I thought if I was going to convince myself of something working it would happened long before trying GABA.Hmm. A mystery I guess. Still I'd feel silly reccomending it to anyone else because I know the facts now. I just know it was the first non-benzo
that didn't snicker at my 'natural' attempts to calm my anxiety.
