> I have been taking 100mg of 5-HTP with 50mg of Vitamin B-6 before bed time. In the morning, before breakfast I have been taking 1500mg of Tyrosine with 1000mg Vitamin C and 50mg Vitamin B-6. Some days I feel good most of the days but some days not so good. I read that you have to take 5-HTP before you go to bed because it makes you sleepy (never tried it yet in the morning) and Tyrosine in the morning because it keeps you alert. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how or what I should take to keep my mood up and to concentrate and get things done?

That's the general advice, but everyone is different. What I mean is, anything is possible.

NADH (Enada NADH is sold under a variety of labels, but only Enada NADH is stable for oral use).

Ginkgo biloba.

Siberian ginseng.

B-12.

You just have to try things. Keep what works. Try some more things. Just do it one change at a time, so you can assess the effect with as much clarity as is possible.
