I have a disgusting/stupid problem. I have my handy little bottle of Solgar B-50 complex capsules. I try to take them, but the smell/taste makes me gag. I never think of capsules as having a smell, but these things just reek. Most days I just can't get it down even though I try to do it quickly. I used to be able to swallow them more easily a few months ago but I seem to be increasingly sensitive to the smell.
I would assume that all brands are like that because they'd have the same ingredients, yes? Anyone else have this problem?

You may try not to smell them, hold your breath, many times it is the odor and not the taste. And take them with food.
Have you tried tablets?. Tablets do not have a taste.

Alternatively, try covering up the smell with something else. Garlic comes to mind.
