Why does a defective gene lay dormant for years ?What causes it to be expressed when you get a certain age?If you knew you had the gene then you could prevent if from being expressed and never have the illness. Most people are free of mental illness untill early adult hood. Then the gene hits them and they have it for life.Could the gene be turned off by IRNA destroying MRNA?YES! Mental illness could be cured if you can find the gene.In most cases it must be genetic as it acts like other genetic illneses.80% in identical twins and just the same in known genetic illness. In some people the gene is never expressed.
