Has anyone else on this list had muscle spasms in the neck and jaw from chromium? I am so sick of having this pain but it seems to help me with my water weight? Looking for feed back....

I've never heard of that happening, myself. You may find some relief from calcium/magnesium and vitamin E. I had muscle spasms that responded to that, many years ago, long before I got interested in nutrition.

thanks Lar, for all your information. My neck still hurts... but no one can make sense of that problem. I am so glad my computer seems to be working finally. I felt so bad not being able to respond to your information. thanks...thanks and thanks...you are one of the few people who does respond to me. I don't seem to get a lot of responses. Actually I have felt very insecure about the lack of interest in my postings. Oh well *sigh*. jai
