OK, I started taking the stuff yesterday and I didn't feel anything buy hungry. I thought with all the vitamins I'd feel a bit more energetic.
And I wondered why the caffeine wasn't having any effect on me.
Well, now I know.
I didn't take the pill with the caffeine.
I found that bottle (closed) under the couch this morning!
So, I took one, it's called a cell activator, and is supposed to be an appetite suppessant.
Well, I'm not hungry but I'm wigging.
I'm going to toss those right out.
I perfer a good espresso to this whacked out feeling.
By the way, the shakes are good.
