TMS trials?

Does anyone know of a clinical trial being put together on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and its effect on treatment resistant rapid cycling depression? This sounds like a very good thing to try but it appears that right now its just in the clinical trial stage and hasn't been approved by the FDA.

Thanks for any input on this.
