I know that eating a high-fiber diet, drinking lots of water and getting exercise are all good for "regularity." Can any of you suggest other SAFE methods for preventing constipation? I want to avoid the remedies that cause depletion of electrolytes and those that prevent absorption of vitamins and minerals. Thanks for any ideas.
