I am feeling very hazy right now. I started taking folic acid, b12 and b6. I have just finished exams so I'm not quite sure what is what. I am wondering if anyone else has noticed that b6 spaces them out, while they are on SSRI medication.
Has anyone noticed that b6 causes worsening of there symptoms?

I was once told by a doctor that large doses of B6 can make you feel fatigued.
Dunno if its true though.

I've had troubles with B vitamins. Maybe see if reducing the dose(if possible) helps.

Socialdeviantjeff, may I ask what sort of troubles B vitamins have caused?

sorry, lost track of the thread. was wrapped up in my own world. Basically, I had nausea and GI upset. It was persistent and didn't go away until I stopped dosing.

Whoa, so its the B6 that does that sometimes?
Are you sure it isn't the usual brain fog caused by something else?
I'm going to stop taking B6 every day, since it doesn't seem to be helping much anyway. I'll keep the regular vitamin B things though.
I looked up the three words 'vitamin' 'B6' and 'evil' in google, and found an interesting sight.
http://www-oi.uchicago.edu/OI/ANE/ANE-DIGEST/2001/v2001.n189The garden of Eden's tree apparently was really a uh... whatever tree, and gave them a lot of vitamin B. I just read the top part of it and found it an interesting notion. Anyway, enough of my pointless distraction. Anyone got any links to webpages that show exactly what each thing can do to you in megahigh dosses like many of us are taking?
This is the end of the thread.
