Sorry for the tardiness. I delved into my medicine cabinet and there it was.
I had hoped for relief after 4 or 5 days on beCALMd, and I was convinced all I had taken were sugar pills. This remedy was the first of many I had tried, and perhaps I wrote it off too soon. I went from trying this to St Johns Wort to going to my GP to figure out the dosage. That was my introduction into the wonderful world of FDA approved drugs.
