i have tired taking meds in the past but am chemical senistive to everything. i had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and found i developed this sensitvity. any med i take makes me worse menatlly and makes my symptoms worse. i was recently prescribed resperdal for the rumnianting thoughts but am terrifeid to take it because i get all the side affects that are known to man with every med i have tired. i was told once that i create this myself and that i fight the med... any suggestions... i have a hard tome with the thought process thats it..no ocd behavior or anything like that..just repetitive thinking....any suggestions.
