i've been on paxil for 12 weeks was on 40 mgs it took awhile to work but it did it seems like everytime i get ready to start my period i get worse then this month before i started the period i really went down hill anxiety came back and depression so pdoc upped my doseage to 50 mgs side effects came back very tired she wants me to go up to 60 this week hope i can handle this is there anything out there i can take to help my estrogen levels come up also help with the tiredness. I started using progesterone cream and black kohosh just want to be better
