Can one use Evening Primrose and Black Cohosh together without causing something awful in hormonal disruption?
Sources contradict themselves and I can't seem to find an answer.

you bet our mental health is involved in hormonal disruption. someone told me that osama bin laden could have been found and finished off by 20 menopausal women without their prozac and hrt....i would agree that i've had days when i know i could have found him and gone mano mano with him. :-)my person tells me that black cohosh is not good for your liver. so i quit taking it. i do take belladonna. (bellamine) it has a calming effect and is safe. i do believe that a diet heavy in soy is very helpful. best, pat
