Hi All.
I am totally ignorant of what lithium orotate is all about. I've read some encouraging posts here and wondered if it was something I might want to try for myself. I have been diagnosed with bipolar depression.

Thanks Joebob. Unfortunately, I am very low on mental energy and find it too difficult to read through so many posts. No biggie. I really didn't think it was asking for too much, though.

lithium orotate and am taking 10mg a.m. and cutting back on depakote over a long time, ie. months and very slowly....if the orotate doesn't work well enough after a while, i have the depakote on hand, and it workss very fast

There's a lithium orotate website with most things you'd want to know about it. There's also a message board there where you can ask specific questions.
