Hi All,
I want to take Fish Oil Caps for arthritis & depression. When I take them, they repeat on me afterwards a little & I keep tasting sardines & thinking 'I don't remember eating that?' :) Since this stuff is fat based would there be any difference between taking it once a day compared to three times a day?, I don't want to be tasting sardines all day.
Also, how much is everyone taking?
Cheers,
Panda.

Take fish oil with your fattiest meal. Other fat will enhance the absorbtion of it. Spreading it out helps me because taking a whole lot of it at once seems to make me feel a bit down.

Also, the liquid form doesn't repeat like the gelcaps do.

Thanks for the info linkadge & noa, I'll try the liquid after I run out of these gel caps. I vaguely remember getting a tablespoon of cod liver oil daily when I was a kid, would this be simmilar?
Cheers,
Panda.
