I'm actually, sometimes, getting 6-7 hours of sleep now!! My recipe? Two bellamine and one 50 mg. of the good old elavil. I can't have grapefuit while taking belladonna but I'd give up more than grapefruit to get this sleep. It is so wonderful to wake up and see it's time to GET UP~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

my dear, bellamine is derived from belladonna!! A very old remedy for a variety of ailments. Calming and sedating. My P.A. suggested it to me for hotflashes. One night I was looking through my drugstore that is in my kitchen cabinet and I spied the bella. SO, I decided to try it with the elavil and voila! Sleep!! I don't feel groggy and I don't wake up during the night. Plus I don't have hotflashes*********
