Anyone know any caveats concerning this stuff:
http://www.sopharma.com/tribestan
I've been taking it for a couple weeks and have noticed much better erections (easier to get it up and maintain) as well as a definite big boost to sex drive.
Should I be wary of this substance? Seems to work great (I've been diagnosed with low testosterone, for my age..). Thanks,

Why not take something safer and scientifically tested? Perhaps, see and endocrinologist and get a script for androgel.

Thanks,Several years ago, I tried the Twinlab version of Tribulus Terrestris and had the same positive results you report. Unfortunately, it seemed to aggravate my depression, make me more irritable, and degrade my ability to think clearly. So I reluctantly quit taking it.
The positive sexual effects were so good that I've considered trying Tribulus again. Perhaps another brand would have the positive effects and less of the negative effects.
Have you experienced any negative effects?

> DarwinI agree; the stuff seems to work great. I have not noticed any negative effects (tribestan is somewhat pricey and is from a Bulgarian pharmaceutical corp. that originally isolated the active compound..if I recall correctly.) Could be that I've not noticed negatives as my total and free testosterone levels were low. If that's not the case what you describe sounds like effects that can result from too high a level of testosterone.
I think it wise, before starting supplements like this, to have the total and free testosterone, dhea-sulfate, prolactin and estrogen levels tested . Just my $.02...
