Has anyone used smoke away to help quit smoking?? I can get through the first three days of physical addiction but after that I am an emotional mess, I feel so frustrated and aggitated I cant even balance my checkbook. Every little thing just seems impossible for me to handle. Any info??

SJW is supposed to be very good for smoking cesation. Ginkgo might also be of some use.

Thanks Linkage. I feel like I need lithium or something when I quit. It is such an emotional thing for me. I weaned myself off of zoloft and quit drinking alcohol with few problems, but smoking is another story.

SJW is a little different than other AD.s It affects serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine in a way similar to smoking, but it also affects GABA, which is the substance that valuium increases to promote calm.
